• Any agreements, payments, or disputes are between you and the contractor directly
• We recommend verifying contractor credentials, licenses, and insurance before hiring

No Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any contractor services obtained through the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomePro Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• The quality, safety, or legality of services provided by contractors

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HomePro Market and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with contractors.

Termination
